We are heavily influenced by the “Elon methodology” of innovation: best process is no process, best part is no part, question and delete everything.
But, everything needs a minimum amount of process to function, so we’ve added structure and repeatable frameworks on top. Our methology allows innovative, passionate teams to begin challenging everything and building from first principles even when they haven’t done a megaproject.
This is for the builders who want to lead with passion and grace simultaneously, do the impossible and have fun doing it, and not abandon your sanity, friends, or family along the way. We have learned the hard way that scaling again and again without burning out yourself or the people around you is a bigger challenge than just scaling itself. We want building at scale to be fun and sustainable.
